A post I forgot to post!

We went to a wedding a few weekends ago for some family friends. It was a beautiful wedding! I am actually a bridesmaid for a friend getting married at the same place in April (say what?! I thought I was done with that!). We got sat at the "kid's table" or the "new hood" as I like to call it. These are all children of the Hood. We all grew up within the same circle neighborhood. It's kind of cool. And, a night out without any kids!

We had a babysitter for Colbi, Avery, Sophia, and Jordan. This is how we found them when we got home. We hated to wake up Colbi to head to our house, they looked so sweet.
And, one day last week we got some donuts. How adorable is this sweet girl?! ```

This week is a busy one, so I need to get to it.
Have a great Monday!

Our weekend

We had a really good weekend. You know those weekends that just seem to be relaxed, even though it's busy? It was full of work, church, and family time.

Saturday Dave went to play golf with my dad and brother-in-law, so Colbi got to go play at Avery's! She LOVES Avery. It's the cutest thing. I'm so glad she has cousins whom she loves and love her back. We went to dinner after all the boys got done at Mellow Mushroom. Yum-o! It was only the second time we had eaten there, I'm definitely a fan.

Sunday, after church, we went to my parents for lunch and swim time! We can't forget the popsicles either.

Before we left, Colbi climbed up on the couch to watch golf with Pops. Gotta love it.

And, just because I love this picture...
Gigi and her girls.

We are spending our Monday cleaning and grocery shopping. Hope everyone has a great week!!

Thursday Tidbits

We have a really good yogurt place in town and I decided to take Colbi the other day on our mommy/daughter date. She didn't really feel like sharing though, as you can see she is hoarding the yogurt.

I just thought the picture was funny. I took it on the down low, which is why it is blurry. She was "working" but made sure to wear her heels.
And, "monkey see monkey do". We went to the store and she immediately put her sunglasses on top of her head when we walked in.

These pictures are mainly for me. I was talking to a client the other day, and remembered the saying "the days are long but the years are short". How true is that?! She is just growing bigger and bigger everyday!
