I'm glad SO glad today is Friday! I have had a few accomplishments this week. My first official hair cut all by myself:

I've made dinner each night I have been home this week.
Fried Ritz Chicken. It's Dave's favorite meal of all time, not mine though. My house still smells like fried chicken. Lol.
Italian chicken, one of my favorites. And my new favorite thing is grilled corn. Yumm-o!
I also made spaghetti and roast. We've eaten great this week!

I'm a little jealous! I haven't cooked once in the last two weeks (if not longer). I'm hoping to get back into the kitchen this week.
